Molte persone pensano di poter partecipare a eventi di networking, distribuire i loro biglietti da visita e gli affari arriveranno a fiumi. Pu\u00f2 succedere, ma non \u00e8 detto. La costruzione di una rete richiede tempo, energia e impegno. Attraverso la costruzione di questa rete si creano relazioni con persone che vi conoscono, si fidano di voi e vogliono fare affari con voi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ero a un evento di networking e ho visto due uomini che non avevano la minima idea di cosa fosse il networking. Il primo signore si \u00e8 avvicinato a me, si \u00e8 presentato, ha chiesto il mio nome e ha continuato a dirmi cosa faceva e come poteva aiutarmi. Poi si \u00e8 allontanato per parlare con qualcun altro e un secondo signore si \u00e8 presentato, non si \u00e8 preoccupato di chiedere il mio nome, mi ha dato informazioni promozionali su ci\u00f2 che vendeva e poi si \u00e8 allontanato per parlare con qualcun altro. Nessuno di questi uomini si ricorderebbe di me se li chiamassi, e non ho idea se siano persone che mi piacciono o di cui mi fido, quindi non c'\u00e8 alcuna possibilit\u00e0 di fare affari con loro. Fare networking in questo modo \u00e8 una perdita di tempo. A meno che non siate disposti a costruire la vostra rete, a conoscere le persone e magari a vedere come potete aiutarle, tanto vale restare a casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Building_authentic_relationships\"><\/span>Costruire relazioni autentiche<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il networking non \u00e8 solo per chi gestisce la propria attivit\u00e0. Tutti noi abbiamo una rete di persone da cui dipendiamo. Possiamo utilizzare i loro servizi, ricevere da loro referenze e chiedere assistenza quando cerchiamo un lavoro. Io la chiamo impollinazione incrociata, e lo facciamo tutti. \u00c8 di vitale importanza costruire relazioni con le persone che fanno parte della nostra rete, in modo da ottenere buoni consigli e suggerimenti. Se trascurate la vostra rete, potreste ritrovarvi senza risorse o riferimenti quando ne avete pi\u00f9 bisogno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2016\/05\/learn-to-love-networking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Le reti sono importanti per il vostro successo<\/a>. Per avere una rete utile \u00e8 necessario costruire e coltivare le relazioni e concentrarsi su come aiutare la propria rete prima di pensare di prendere da essa. Zig Ziggler consiglia che il modo migliore per costruire la vostra attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 aiutare qualcun altro a costruire la sua. Chi dona riceve. Non si prende solo dalla propria rete, ma si d\u00e0 anche ad essa.
